Mehmet qualified as a solicitor in the UK in 2004 and as a lawyer in Turkey in 1995.  

 

He worked in both Turkish and UK firms on a multitude of commercial and corporate transactions before founding Regnum Solicitors in 2008. He is a business lawyer with extensive expertise in a variety of transactional instructions including the sale and purchase of commercial and residential real estate properties.. 

 

He is also a renowned and well-respected legal practitioner in a wide range of corporate and financing transactions including project financing and refinancing, sale and lease back transactions, joint ventures, partnerships, shareholder agreements and corporate governance.

 

Mehmet acts for a diverse range of clients, including a vast number of high-net worth clients, entrepreneurs, and medium and large corporate clients active in a variety of industries. He advises his clients at each step of their business, contributing to their success with his business minded approach to legal matters.
